areas of Clearwater Bay. It is situated down
the first slip road off Lung Ha Wan Road, from the
Clearwater Bay roundabout, meaning that it is easily
accessible and within easy walking distance of public
transport to Hang Hau MTR station.
By car, the journey to Central during peak hours takes
approximately 30 to 35 minutes. In non-peak hours, it
can take as little as 20 to 25 minutes. If one were to
take public transport, the quickest route would be to
take a bus or taxi to Hang Hau MTR station and ride
a train to Central. This would take approximately 45
